I've used the Compatibility Wizard, but on these particular apps, it just doesn't work. I've downloaded the Compatibility Toolkit, but other than the various "Lie" options, I'm not sure where to go with that. Does someone have some quickee ideas here??? What are the apps? The Sims with Windows XP
Strange thing is that some of these games worked under Win 2000 Pro which is said to be less backwards-compatible than XP. I am trying to load some software from Mindscape and despite saying on box XP Compatible it does not work. The support team tell me to use Programme Compatibility Wizard. When access the boxes needed to activate wizard appear to be empty... all that happens is if press exit out of programme.... can anyone help?
